30-day returns

Not your snake? Send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return any Hiss necklace for a full refund.

Email hello@hissjewelry.com with your order number and the words “Return request”.
We reply within 1 working day with return instructions.
Once your return reaches us, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please send necklaces back in the condition you received them, with the clasp and extender attached.
Arrived faulty or damaged? Email us a photo and we send a replacement or refund straight away. No return needed.
Returning part of a bundle? We refund the share of the bundle price you paid for the necklaces you send back.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take 3 to 10 working days to show the money after we issue it.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Customers in the UK and EU also have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Our 30-day returns sit on top of that right.
