Free delivery
Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Where we ship
The United Kingdom. Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The United States and Canada. Australia and New Zealand. Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 5pm UK time on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm, or on a weekend or UK bank holiday, are processed the next working day. You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time
Your estimated delivery date shows just under the Add to Cart button before you order, worked out for your country. Orders arrive within these times, in working days:
- Japan: 8
- The United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, South Korea, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman: 9
- Denmark and Kuwait: 10
- Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and Israel: 11
- Norway, Luxembourg, Australia and Taiwan: 13
- The United States and Sweden: 14
- Austria: 15
- Italy, Finland and Saudi Arabia: 16
- Greece: 19
- Cyprus: 21
This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carriers occasionally run late, especially around public holidays.
Duties and taxes
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee on delivery, email us a photo of the notice before paying and we will sort it out with you.
Late or missing parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email hello@hissjewelry.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
