Overview

This website is operated by Hiss Jewelry. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Shipping policy.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we do, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Bundle savings come off automatically in your cart. Delivery is free. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Our necklaces

Hiss necklaces are fashion jewellery: a printed snakeskin pattern on a flat zinc alloy chain, with a gold-tone clasp and extender. The pattern is a print, not real snakeskin. To keep the colour and finish, take your necklace off before showering, swimming or exercising, and put perfume and lotion on before you put it on. Colours can look slightly different on screen. Not a toy: keep away from young children.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy, including 30-day returns.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for damage caused by wearing or caring for a necklace against these instructions. Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer rights of your country.
